Renniece began her career in  public accounting career in 2008 at Ernst & Young (EY), in the tax practice, promoting through the ranks and gaining knowledge and practice with matters involving taxation. This includes, but not limited  to, comprehensive knowledge in expatriate taxation. She eventually moved on from EY after 11 years in their tax practice, to a  Senior Manager role at another large multinational company , overseeing International Mobility which involves, taxation, immigration and relocation of cross-border, mobile employees.  She acquired her degree in Accounting from Suffolk University and is an IRS Enrolled Agent since 2013.
